Quad Rallyes, Istria May & October 2015

For two editions within the same year Illustris organized a Quad rallye through the Istrian hinterland, for a French adventure sports organizer. 25 participants in May and over 50 in October were handled, staying in Vrsar and Motovun and Camp Raspadalica, and going on a different quad challenges every day for 4 consecutive days. Participants took part in the adventure on their own vehicles, that had been transferred from France for this particular event.

Illustris was responsible for the overall handling of the operation, with a particular emphasis on creating the various routings in a way to make them technically challenging, scenic and at the same time secure, for participants as well as for the local populations. A lot of attention to detail was involved in applying for permits for routes and public places, as well as in handling all the security aspects of the operation.
